ATTORNEY ADVERTISING. This website and Costa Mobility's promotional materials about legal services are attorney advertising. Costa Mobility Counsel PLLC provides U.S. immigration legal services. The information on this website and in related materials is for general educational purposes only and is not legal advice. Viewing this content, submitting information through this website, using the platform or communicating with the Firm does not create an attorney-client relationship unless and until the Firm agrees in writing to represent you.

2. Prior results
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Testimonials, case studies, examples, strategic pathways and descriptions of visa options do not mean your matter will have the same result. U.S. immigration outcomes depend on the facts of each case, the applicable law, agency discretion, government processing, visa availability and other factors outside the Firm's control.
3. Area of practice
The firm practices U.S. immigration law. We do not claim to be certified specialists in any area of law. [CONFIRMAR: no specialist certification to disclose (NY Rule 7.4).]
4. Testimonials and images
Paid testimonials, dramatizations and images of actors, if any, are identified as such. Client testimonials and examples are used only with written authorization and without revealing confidential information. [CONFIRMAR: source of the testimonials and images on the homepage (real clients, with written authorization and no payment) or their removal (NY Rule 7.1(c) and (e)(4)).]
5. Fixed fee and scope of service
The Mobility Blueprint costs US$ 250, a fixed price shown at checkout, for a limited-scope preliminary strategic assessment, reviewed by an attorney, that includes a 30-minute consultation with the attorney. If you later engage the Firm on a related matter, the US$ 250 is credited toward the legal fees for that matter, under the conditions of the Terms of Use. Government fees, premium processing, translations, credential evaluations, expert opinions and other third-party expenses are not included in any advertised fee. The written description of what the Blueprint includes and excludes is in the Terms of Use and in the Limited Scope Notice presented before payment. [CONFIRMAR: publish the scope description on a public page when the price is advertised (NY Rule 7.1(j)).]
6. New Jersey and other jurisdictions
No aspect of this advertisement has been approved by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. [CONFIRMAR: whether this statement is required (NJ RPC 7.1(a)(3)) and check the current text of the New Jersey RPCs, whose official website blocked automated reading for this version.] Costa Mobility Counsel PLLC follows the attorney advertising rules of New York and Florida. [CONFIRMAR: filing or exemption review with The Florida Bar for advertisements other than the website.]
7. No full attorney-client relationship
Reading this website, contacting us or submitting information through the platform does not, by itself, create a full attorney-client relationship. Full representation requires a separate written engagement agreement. See the Legal Disclaimer.
