On this page
We want everyone to be able to use the Costa Mobility website and platform, including people who use screen readers, navigate by keyboard only or need more contrast.
1. Goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. We have not yet had an independent audit, so we do not claim full conformance.
2. What we have done on the website
- A "Skip to content" link that appears on the first Tab key press.
- Page regions (header, main content, footer) named for screen readers.
- Headings in a logical order on each page.
- Dedicated color tones for small text, chosen to reach AA contrast.
- A mobile menu that closes with the Esc key.
- A language selector that gives screen readers the full name of each language.
- A screen reader notice when a link opens in a new tab.
3. Known limitations
- Error pages (addresses that do not exist) need JavaScript to show their text.
- The assessment, the portal and PDF documents are still being built and will be evaluated before launch. [CONFIRMAR: accessibility evaluation of the portal and PDFs before launch.]
4. How to ask for help or report a problem
If something does not work for you, write to [PREENCHER: accessibility email], telling us the page and the problem. We can send the content in another format. We reply within [CONFIRMAR: response time].
5. How we evaluated
This statement is based on the team's own testing during development, with keyboard, inspection of accessible names and automated contrast measurement. We have not yet tested with users of assistive technologies. Last reviewed: September 28, 2026.
