These terms govern your use of the Costa Mobility website and platform. By starting an assessment, purchasing the Mobility Blueprint or using the portal, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. We record your acceptance together with the exact version of the text.

Summary

  • The Mobility Snapshot is free and informational. It is generated by AI, checked by automated validation and delivered without review by an attorney. It is not legal advice, an eligibility determination or an attorney's recommendation.
  • The Mobility Blueprint costs US$ 250 and is a limited-scope service of Costa Mobility Counsel PLLC: reviewed by the attorney before a mandatory 30-minute consultation, finalized and approved after it, and delivered in Portuguese and English. The Firm's target is to deliver it within 48 business hours after the consultation.
  • Submitting information through the platform does not, by itself, create a full attorney-client relationship. Full representation exists only under a separate written engagement agreement.
  • AI does not decide your eligibility or replace the attorney's judgment.
  • No immigration outcome is guaranteed. The final decision always rests with U.S. authorities.
  • Refunds of the Blueprint depend on the phase of your case: full before the attorney starts the review; the amount of the work not yet performed, assessed individually, after the review starts and before the consultation; and, after the consultation, no refund for a simple change of mind, and the firm completes and delivers the Blueprint. Your legal rights, including the right of withdrawal under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (art. 49) for people in Brazil, are preserved. See the Refund Policy.

1. Who we are

  • Costa Mobility Counsel PLLC ("Counsel" or the "Firm") is a U.S. immigration law firm with offices in New York, NY, and Orlando, FL. It provides the legal services and is the party you engage when you buy the Mobility Blueprint: the limited-scope preliminary strategic assessment, the attorney's review and the included consultation. Public office address in New York: 224 W 35th St, STE 500, #2805, New York, NY 10001, USA.
  • Costa Mobility Technologies LLC ("Technologies") only provides the infrastructure of the website and the platform. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal services and is not a party to the engagement for the legal service. Address: 30 N Gould St, STE N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

In these terms, "Costa Mobility", "we", "us" and "our" refer to both companies, each in its own role: the legal service is always the Firm's. [CONFIRMAR: entity that receives the payment and ownership of the Stripe account, to be validated with the legal, finance and payments leads before these terms are published.]

2. What we offer

  • Mobility Snapshot (free): an informational overview, generated by AI from your structured answers, checked by automated validation and delivered without individual review by an attorney. It states prominently that it is AI-generated, has not been reviewed or approved by an attorney, is informational only, is not legal advice and is not an eligibility determination. It is not an attorney's recommendation either.
  • Attorney screening: in some situations, such as an immigration history that requires prior review, the attorney reviews your answers before payment. In those cases, payment is on hold until the attorney releases it or recommends a different next step.
  • Mobility Blueprint (paid): a preliminary strategic immigration assessment, limited in scope and reviewed by an attorney, prepared by Costa Mobility Counsel PLLC. The order is: AI-assisted draft, attorney review before the consultation, mandatory 30-minute consultation, post-consultation review or finalization, final approval and delivery through the portal in Portuguese and English. Its scope is set out in the Limited Scope Notice shown at checkout.
  • Recommended reviews: the Blueprint may list recommended reviews, with a date and topic set by the attorney. They are not scheduled or carried out automatically and are not deadline monitoring: when the date comes, or if your situation changes before then, report the new facts through the portal or contact the Firm.
  • New facts after delivery: if new facts arise, you can report them through the portal. The attorney assesses them and either confirms that the analysis does not change or issues a new version of the Blueprint that supersedes the previous one; the previous version is kept in your history.
  • Courtesy summary (free): when your profile has no viable pathway right now, or when H-1B is the last resort, you receive a summary reviewed by the attorney, at no cost.
  • Portal: track progress, schedule the consultation, upload requested documents, access the approved Blueprint and report new facts.
  • Attorney consultation: mandatory and included in the Blueprint, scheduled after the attorney's review of the draft and before final delivery, under the Consultation Terms.

3. What we do not do

Unless separately engaged in writing, the Firm does not (nor does Technologies, which provides no legal services):

  • file petitions or represent you before USCIS, the Department of State, consulates or any agency, or contact any government agency on your behalf;
  • monitor deadlines or document expiration dates, preserve your immigration status or act on your behalf;
  • provide ongoing legal representation;
  • provide urgent or emergency legal help, including through automated flows;
  • give tax, accounting, investment, corporate or employment advice, or advise on Brazilian law or the law of other countries;
  • guarantee approval of a visa, green card or any outcome.

Monitoring of document expiration dates (such as the I-94, visas, work authorizations and passports) exists only for people who engage the Firm for a separate legal service, after the petition covered by that engagement is approved and under the terms of that service's agreement. The Mobility Blueprint and the platform do not provide that monitoring. [CONFIRMAR: expiration monitoring only under the separate legal service, per section 3 of the Legal Services Agreement]

4. Attorney-client relationship and limited scope

Submitting information through the website, the assessment, forms, communication channels, scheduling tools or your account does not, by itself, create a full attorney-client relationship. The Mobility Blueprint is a limited-scope service of Costa Mobility Counsel PLLC, restricted to what the Limited Scope Notice describes, which you accept at checkout. It is not a definitive legal opinion, a fee agreement or a substitute for individualized representation. Full representation in an immigration matter begins only with a separate written engagement agreement. Details in the Legal Disclaimer.

5. Artificial intelligence

The platform uses AI to generate the Mobility Snapshot and to organize information and prepare Blueprint drafts. The Snapshot is checked by automated validation and is not reviewed by an attorney; Blueprint and courtesy summary content is reviewed and approved by an attorney before it reaches you. AI does not give legal opinions, determine eligibility, promise outcomes or replace the attorney's judgment. AI models are accessed through OpenRouter, which routes requests to models from OpenAI and Google. These providers are configured so that your inputs and outputs are not used to train models by default. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Who may use the platform

  • People aged 18 or over with legal capacity to contract. [CONFIRMAR: minimum age.]
  • Anyone using the platform on behalf of a company confirms they are authorized to do so.
  • Each account is personal. Do not share your access.

7. Your responsibilities

  • True and complete information. The analysis depends on what you tell us. Incorrect or missing information may change the analysis and, after payment, lead to a new version or cancellation of the Blueprint under the Refund Policy. Do not rely on the Blueprint if you left out relevant facts, such as visa refusals, overstays, unauthorized employment, arrests, charges or convictions.
  • Lawful use. Do not submit illegal or false content, or third-party content without authorization; do not try to access other people's data; do not overload or scrape the platform; and do not try to manipulate how the AI works.
  • Documents. Upload only the documents requested, in the formats the portal accepts.

8. Account and access

Your account is created when payment is confirmed, using the information you already provided. Keep your credentials safe and tell us if you suspect misuse. You can ask to close your account through the portal; some data remains stored for the periods in the Privacy Policy (7 years for people who bought the Mobility Blueprint or engaged a legal service).

9. Price, payment and currency

  • The Blueprint price is US$ 250, in U.S. dollars, as shown at checkout at the time of purchase. Checkout takes place only through Stripe, with the price in U.S. dollars.
  • If you pay from Brazil or another supported country, Stripe may show, on its payment page, the amount converted to your local currency (Brazilian reais, in Brazil) at the day's rate. That rate includes a conversion fee charged by Stripe, and the final amount in your currency and the rate are shown on the payment page before you confirm. If you pay in U.S. dollars, the conversion and fees are your bank's or card issuer's. There is no fixed price in reais, and the website does not show prices in reais.
  • Payment is made in full, on Stripe's page, with the price in U.S. dollars (US$). There is no Pix and no installment plan.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
  • Taxes and fees charged by your bank or card issuer, such as Brazil's IOF on international purchases, follow their own rules. [CONFIRMAR: tax treatment and issuance of receipts or invoices.]
  • The receipt identifies Costa Mobility Counsel PLLC as the provider of the service, the entity that receives the payment (once defined) and, when you pay in your local currency, the amount paid in it.
  • Your receipt is emailed to you and available in the portal.
  • Blueprint credit: if you engage the Firm on a related matter, the US$ 250 Blueprint fee is credited toward the legal fees for that matter, provided you sign the engagement agreement and make the initial payment within the deadline stated in the Blueprint, in the pricing information sent after delivery, in the written proposal or in the agreement itself. The credit applies to legal fees only, is not redeemable for cash, is not transferable and does not cover government fees, premium processing, translations, credential evaluations, expert opinions, business plans or other third-party expenses. A payment dispute (chargeback) cancels the credit.

10. Refunds and right of withdrawal

Refund rules are in the Refund Policy, which you accept at checkout. Nothing in these terms limits the right of withdrawal of consumers in Brazil (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, art. 49).

11. Timelines

The Firm's target is to deliver the final Blueprint, in Portuguese and English, within 48 business hours after the consultation. It is an operational target, not a commitment to a deadline: it depends on the attorney's availability, the volume of requests, complete information, the conflict check, revisions arising from the consultation, the translation review and technical issues. If the timeline changes, we will let you know through the portal or by email. A delay never causes the Blueprint to be approved or sent without the attorney's review, the consultation and final approval.

12. Communications

We send by email the messages needed for the service (access code, receipt, scheduling, delivery and new versions of the Blueprint). WhatsApp notices and marketing content depend on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

13. Intellectual property

The website, platform, trademarks and Costa Mobility materials belong to the Costa Mobility companies or their licensors. The delivered Blueprint is for your personal use or that of the company you represent, including sharing it with your advisors. You keep the rights to what you submit and authorize us to use that content only to provide the service.

The website may link to official sources and third-party websites. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content.

15. Liability

  • The Firm is responsible for the legal services it provides, and Technologies for the platform, as set out in applicable law.
  • Neither company is responsible for decisions of authorities, changes in immigration law or policy, or the consequences of false or incomplete information you provide.
  • If you are a consumer in Brazil, nothing in these terms excludes or reduces your rights under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
  • Nothing in these terms limits the attorney's professional liability to the people who engage the attorney (NY Rule 1.8(h)).

[CONFIRMAR: limitation of liability clause for clients outside Brazil.]

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaches these terms, uses the platform fraudulently or puts others at risk. The attorney may also stop providing the service when the professional rules require it, for example in case of a conflict of interest; in that case, refunds follow the Refund Policy.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version applies to use after publication. If a change affects a service you have already purchased, the version you accepted at purchase applies unless you agree to the new one.

18. Governing law and venue

[CONFIRMAR: governing law (for example, the law of the State of New York) and venue for clients outside Brazil.] If you are a consumer in Brazil, you may bring a claim in the courts of your domicile (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, art. 101, I), and you will not be required to use arbitration (art. 51, VII).

19. Language

These terms exist in Portuguese and English, and both versions are complete. English is the source version of Costa Mobility's legal notices, unless Costa Mobility states otherwise in writing. [CONFIRMAR: effect of this rule for consumers in Brazil, for whom making the English version prevail over the Portuguese one may be considered abusive (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, arts. 6, III, and 51).]

The Blueprint is delivered in Portuguese and English after the translation fidelity check. If the two versions of the Blueprint differ, the version in the source language approved by the attorney prevails: Portuguese, unless you choose English.
